"Hi Judith, Wow! This is great. I came from the world of being a corporate consultant and they have asked me to help with image and soft skill training back in 2010 but there was a lack of standard. My team has since worked with some of your colleagues at AICI in setting up something called the IITTI ("ET"). I see we have a similar vision, and I hope you and I can somehow collaborate in the future. Looking forward to your teleclass!"
