Reviewed Nov 21's "Still on the table":

1. Inviting non-image people to sit on our board and working groups. Agreed

5. Set up 'task forces' to do jobs, not an un-ending role. Agreed

8. Set up licensing structure for outside subject matter experts to help write standards and exam questions
   Contract parameters for COW:

   Subject matters: cultural awareness
                    civility/etiquette

   - IITTI owner of content, not the contributors
   - exam is confidential
   - final content decided by board
   - benefit of exposure for contributors to be part of IITTI
   - considered as "one of the contributors", not the sole author
   - citation, credit of source of information
   - no jargon and/or proprietary terminology
   - internationally accepted common knowledge, not anecdotal concepts
   - time frame of doing the actual work
   - renewal clause of 2-year cycles
   - payment per year at end of fiscal cycle (Dec 31 for IITTI)
(Show team a Greenwood licensing agreement as an example) (Done on Jan09,2017 via email)

- contributors (in cost breakdown, replace "AICI fundraising" name with "Payment to contributors" based on $3.00, if 10 people do the work, $3.00 divided by the 10 people) (Done on Jan09,2017)
