If you are using Windows, you may need to use a Windows user's account with file and directory creation privilege. You also need to enable cookies: make sure your firewall, anti-virus program, proxy server and other software do not strip out cookies.
For security reasons, the IITTI system is designed to automatically log you out after about 3 hours of use. You can simply log back in and continue your work.
