About Us

Why?

For A More Civil World

We believe soft skills such as image & etiquette, emotional intelligence, cultural awareness are the first steps in creating a more peaceful, civil world.

What exactly we do?

Now HRs Can Measure Soft Skills

There was no standard way to measure people skills, or soft skills. Now with 'World Civility Index', HR can pre-screen to find refined job-seekers.

Vision

To support business people around the world to do more business with less miscommunication, less harassment, more empathy.

Mission

To provide the global standard measurement in soft skills, such as image & etiquette, emotional intelligence, cultural awareness bridging the gap between different cultures.

Specifically:

  1. To vet articles, videos, seminars to grant 'World Civility Index' credentials as part of the IITTI 'Reading Program & Activities'.
  2. To create IITTI Exams for "hard" (measurable) soft skills such as business etiquette, professional appearance. At the same time, to write a set of Standards and Guidelines (S&Gs) that trainers can use to design their curriculum for conducting classes in preparation for such Exams.

Who We Are

IITTI (International Soft Skills Standards & Testing) helps companies in finding new employees with good soft skills (good people skills), using a standard measurement called 'World Civility Index'.

This Index is somewhat similar to a credit rating, but instead of measuring how well a person can pay their bills, it measures how much manners a person has! Qualities like business etiquette, empathy, intercultural awareness.

The concept is that job-seekers can get the credential based on the World Civility Index, as proof, to show to employers EVERYWHERE!
